Textshuttle was founded as a spin-off of the Institute of Computational Linguistics at the University of Zurich and is a manufacturer of systems for automatic speech processing using artificial intelligence. It specializes in data protection and quality optimization. Since 2017, the focus of its business activities has been on the development of custom-made translation systems based on neural networks, which can be installed on-premise in the customer's company network if desired. Additionally, Textshuttle provides various consulting services in the field of language technology and organizes industry events.
